Deze EMN Inform geeft een overzicht van de grensprocedures die momenteel door EMN-leden worden toegepast op grond van de Richtlijn Gemeenschappelijke procedures voor de toekenning en intrekking van de internationale bescherming. De focus ligt voornamelijk op de soorten procedures, de betrokken autoriteiten, de verwerkingstermijnen, de soorten genomen besluiten en de waarborgen voor verzoekers om internationale bescherming met bijzondere behoeften. De Inform benadrukt verschillen in nationale praktijken en presenteert deze zoals zij bestaan vóór de invoering van de verplichte Asielgrensprocedure onder het Migratie- en asielpact.
