Aujourd'hui, la Commission européenne a décidé ce jour de saisir la Cour de justice de l'Union européenne d'un recours contre la Belgique pour manquement à l'obligation de mettre intégralement en œuvre la directive sur le permis unique (directive 2011/98/UE). Conçue pour faciliter la migration légale, cette directive introduit des procédures simplifiées et un socle commun de droits applicables aux travailleurs issus de pays tiers.
