Home Affairs Ministers met at the JHA Council in Brussels on 19 October. Vandaag viert het Europees Migratienetwerk (EMN) haar vijftienjarig bestaan. Sinds een decennium en een half levert het netwerk objectieve en betrouwbare informatie over asiel en migratie. Al deze jaren heeft het EMN voldaan aan de asiel- en migratie gerelateerde informatienoden van de Gemeenschapsinstituties en de autoriteiten en instellingen van de lidstaten, waarbij het eveneens de beleidsmakers in deze domeinen ondersteund heeft.
