The Secretary of State presents her policy paper on reception
The new Secretary of State for Asylum and Migration and for Social Integration, Maggie De Block (Open VLD) presented today her policy paper on reception in the Parliament.
This Policy paper is suggesting 4 clusters of measures to counter the reception crisis: reduction of the length of stay in the reception facilities, temporary enlargement of the reception capacity, taking measures to reduce the number of asylum applications and improvement of the outflow and return policy.
