Itinera event addresses “Education & Integration: from stumble block to stepping stone"
At the occasion of this Itinera event, various experts, including Dirk Jacobs (ULB) and Jasper Dag Tjaden (Migration Policy Group), gave their vision from both a Belgian and European perspective on "Education & Integration".
During the event various speakers took the floor, inter alia:
- Dirk Jacobs (ULB), giving an academic position on "the situation of migrants and their children in the Belgian education system" - see discussion paper.
- Jasper Dag Tjaden (policy analyst Migration Policy Group), providing an "International comparison of education outcomes and policies for immigrants - Hints for best practice?" - see discussion paper
