European Border Security Symposium in Brussels
The International Centre for Parliamentary Studies (ICPS) organizes a two-day symposium on key policy issues of the common European border security
With threads posed by the international terrorism but also by irregular migration, drug and human trafficking and further challenges, border security has emerged as a top priority for the EU Member States. The two-days workshop of the ICPS addresses key policy issues of the common border security of the EU like future policy directions, the future role of Frontex, the human dimension of border security, legal frameworks and implementation and cyber security.
