EMN Ireland Conference: Two-way integration: supporting migrants and host societies
This conference will draw on international and Irish expertise on integration to support an understanding of Ireland in a European policy context and to share evidence about what works in integration policymaking. Included will be both national and local perspectives on Irish integration.
What
The conference will inter alia focus on:
- Two-way integration: migrant integration outcomes and attitudes towards immigrants and immigration in Ireland
- Forced migration: Irish integration policies in a European context
- Spatial distribution of migrants and what it means for local-level integration
- Local experiences of migrant integration - challenges and good practices
