What?

One day training session on the current developments in immigration law in Belgium.

Topics are:

- Reforms on appela in asylum cases for the Alien Litigations Court

- Legislative evolution in the right of residence for EU citizens and long-term residents. 

- Belgian practice of the right to family reunification

- Follow-up of the reforms in marrriage and legal cohabitation

- The introduction in the Walloon and Brussels Regions of ways of integration and reception of foreign immigrants

- The new belgian nationality code: one year in practice 

This training is targeted to actors in the immigration law field to update and improve their knowledge.
