ADDE Lecture series on Immigration Law: October-December 2013, UCL
The association for immigration law (ADDE) organizes a lecture series, keeping all interested stakeholders informed about the reforms of Belgian immigration law.
During the months of October - December, ADDE organizes a series of 5 lectures, for everyone who is interested, covering Belgian regulations regarding immigrants, including the recent reforms. Every lecture will comprise a theoretical presentation, supported with cases and jurisprudence, followed by a Q&A-session.
Several topics will be treated:
- Residence
- Protection
- Employment and social assistance
- Nationality, statelessness and International Family Law
