Access court cases and case law summaries in the EDEM asylum case law directory
The European Rights and Migration Team (EDEM) provides access to a directory including and summarizing asylum related case law from the Aliens Litigation Council, the Council of State, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights.
This EDEM European and Belgian asylum case law directory was developed thanks to a joint funding from the Catholic University of Louvain (Université Catholique de Louvain - UCL) and the European Refugee Fund.
This directory includes significant asylum decisions of the European Court of Human Rights, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the Council of State and the Aliens Litigation Council.
