Refugee Walk 2026 is an annual fundraising walking event organised by Vluchtelingenwerk Vlaanderen. Thousands of participants will walk either 20 km or 40 km on 4 October, choosing to join the central event in Brussels or to follow a self-selected route elsewhere. Walkers participate individually or with friends, colleagues, or organisations, combining physical activity with a visible show of solidarity for refugees.

Wereldvluchtelingendag wordt elk jaar gevierd op 20 juni om stil te staan bij de situatie van vluchtelingen wereldwijd. De dag heeft als doel het vergroten van het publieke bewustzijn en het bevorderen van begrip voor de uitdagingen waarmee ontheemden worden geconfronteerd. Op 17 en 18 oktober 2024 nam EMN België deel aan de Odysseus Netwerk Conferentie 2024 over EU Wetgeving na het Pact. Dit evenement bood EMN België de kans om een diepgaand inzicht te krijgen in enkele van de 485 pagina's van de nieuwe wettelijke instrumenten die door het nieuwe Pact inzake Migratie en Asiel werden geïntroduceerd.

Op 25 en 26 juni 2024 organiseerden EMN België en zijn partners een high-level conferentie om het Pact voor te stellen en de volgende stappen voor de uitvoering ervan te schetsen.
