Deze workshop, gezamenlijk georganiseerd door EMN Luxemburg en het Praag Proces, heeft als doel de huidige stand van zaken in het voorspellen van migratie- en asielstromen te verkennen, bestaande uitdagingen aan te pakken en de toekomst van prognoses in migratiebeheer te onderzoeken. Daarnaast zal de workshop de nieuwste technologische vooruitgangen in migratie, asiel en dat gestuurde samenlevingen tonen en de vooruitzichten voor hun implementatie in nationale en regionale contexten bespreken.

Myria launches today the 8th edition of Myriatics. This edition sheds light on immigrations from foreigners to Belgium. It reflects inter alia on the position of EU-28 citizens within total immigrations to Belgium, as well as on the increasing importance of Syria as country of origin of immigrants to Belgium.
