Deadline to participate in Fedasil call for projects 2025
Fedasil has a budget for financing specific projects relating to the reception of asylum seekers (and other reception beneficiaries). The Agency has launched its call for projects for the year 2025. In 2025, the focus will be on projects that focus on support, activation, and housing.
What
The projects submitted under this call must pursue one of the following priorities:
Under "Support":
- Psycho-social support for victims or witnesses of incidents in the reception centre or of a traumatic event;
- Support for frontline staff on how to deal with inappropriate behaviour from a beneficiary of the reception services, with particular attention to those previously homeless;
- Well-being, self-esteem and resilience of beneficiaries of reception services;
- Development of tools and activities around relational, emotional, and sexual life;
- Discussions around hygiene;
- Creation of spaces for children (or families) within the reception centre.
Under "Activation" :
- Activities for asylum seekers looking for employment, such as job coaching, job fairs etc.
- Violations of the labour rights of asylum seekers.
Under "Housing" :
- Collaboration between the reception network and civil society;
- Support for specialized organisations that can guide residents towards the housing market;
- Innovation in housing: for example, customized real estate, autonomous reception initiatives;
- Alternative housing solutions.
When
Fedasil invites organizations to submit their applications before 20 October 2024.
