Online Presentation of the EUAA's Asylum Report 2024
On 17 June 2024, the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) will publish its Asylum Report 2024 during an online event. This edition highlights measures taken by EU+ countries to manage over 1.1 million asylum applicants in addition to over 4.4 million displaced persons registered for temporary protection.
What
The EUAA Asylum Report presents developments in legislation, practices and policies related to international protection in Europe throughout 2023; from both a qualitative and a quantitative perspective. It also provides information on major developments in the first part of 2024.
During the online event, the above-mentioned report will be presented and reflections will be shared on the key findings and the way forward.
